Entries whose URL on file did not respond across three consecutive checks, with a confirmation re-probe before the streak counted (a bot-wall response never counts as one of the three). Every entry carries the date the streak completed, the last date a check received a response, and live alternatives from the same category. The 3-miss rule runs for every node kind, and the registry restores an entry automatically if its URL responds again.

Every row is scored for whether its URL plausibly matches the name on it. Rows marked address unconfirmed below report what that URL did without claiming it was ever that product's own site; unmarked rows matched with high confidence. The methodology page explains how the match is scored.
