By using You Are My AI you agree to these terms. The plain version: we publish a machine-verified registry in good faith, you use it at your own risk, and buying decisions are yours.
1. The service.
You Are My AI is a static registry of AI tools, agents, MCP servers, skills, services, jobs, and stacks. Every listing is re-checked by machine on a published schedule; pricing and availability at vendors change without notice.
2. No warranty.
Registry data is provided "as is." We verify on a schedule, not in real time: a price, URL, or feature may have changed since the last check. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a vendor.
3. Third-party tools & links.
Listings link to third-party sites we don't control. Their terms, privacy practices, and content are theirs. Community ratings shown on listing pages are republished with credit to the source directory and are not our statements of product quality.
4. Affiliate disclosure.
Some outbound vendor links may be affiliate links, which could earn us a commission. Affiliate relationships never influence ranking, verification status, or what we list. Full policy on the methodology page.
5. Intellectual property.
Site design, text, and the structure of the registry are ours. Vendor names, logos, and marks belong to their owners; used for identification. Scraping the bulk registry for republication is not permitted; licensing exists for that (for publishers).
6. Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on registry data.
7. Copyright & takedown.
We respect copyright and respond to valid takedown notices (DMCA or equivalent) sent to [email protected], including identification of the work, the infringing material's location, your contact details, good-faith and accuracy statements, and a signature.
