Rows with the decision automate become the basis for a Build Sprint, the Cost Audit or the Company Day, depending on scope. The Time Audit is credited 100% against a Build Sprint ordered within 30 days. Which step comes first is best decided in the 20-minute diagnosis, against your own rows.
Do I need a Time Audit first?
No. Booked on its own, the Cost Audit measures the minutes per delivery itself, so the cost line still rests on measured minutes, not estimates. Booked together with a Time Audit, it takes over that audit's task list. We settle which fits you in the 20-minute diagnosis.
What does a fractional CTO cost at DMello Advisory?
The price depends on scope. Most engagements run around three hours a day with one client, as a single-client arrangement or an ongoing retainer. The exact shape is set on the first call, which is free.
