ScreenML

ScreenML is an AI-driven utility app designed for simplifying and enhancing the process of capturing screenshots by automatically generating contextually relevant and informative file names. It leverages powerful AI models like ChatGPT, Google Gemini or Claude to analyze the screenshot's content, including the active applications and any visible context. Through context-aware naming, ScreenML aids in better organization and searchability of screenshots, eliminating the need for generic timestamped file names. The app also supports annotation workflows and offers options to open screenshots in Preview for annotations. For convenience, the app can be configured to launch at login and supports Menubar view for easy access to context-aware file names even without having the folder open. The Pro version, when available, will offer advanced customization options and features aimed at enhancing the utility further. It's important to note that ScreenML strictly uses the data it collects to generate relevant and descriptive file names and does not use it for training AI models.
