WriterCure

WriterCure is a MacOS application designed to augment users' writing skills. Characterized as a writing assistant, it seamlessly operates across a range of platforms including MS Word, Outlook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Mail, among others. WriterCure's primary feature set is focused on quick-fixing grammar and spelling errors, thus aiding the users to improve the quality of written content across various platforms. An added feature of the tool includes automatic language detection and subsequent translation to English. The functionality of WriterCure can be summoned on any text across the supported apps by pressing a hotkey, which then provides a list of suggestions and modifications. It operates in harmony with all models that support OpenAIs API, expanding its reach and utility. WriterCure emphasizes user privacy, storing all API keys locally instead of server storage. It is developed with swift and SwiftUI technologies, making it a native app for MacOS. While it is available currently only for MacOS, there are no imminent plans to extend support to Windows or Linux.
